Travel the Vesayan Ringway to Sancuary follow the road and you run across the Myrimidon, they will be mixed in with various Moarsman, once you have slain all 10 return to Cedric (9.6N, 75.5E) in Hakata for your reward.

Cedric tells you,
"Ooh! One drudge grudge less, but so many more! The Grudge Drudges have endless grudges. Talk to me again, and I'll let you in on them."
