Reset Timer: 7 Days Reset

Start Location: Kill a Eli Spy(level 41) which is a random spawn near the Steam Caverns

Walkthrough:

"The Creature you have just slain is only the minion of a much more dangerous foe, one that must be vanquished if the mortal races are to persevere in the reclamation of Dereth."

Descend into the Steam Caverns (20.8S, 0.4W) and kill the Eli Watcher

Once you have defeated the Eli Watcher the quest will end and you will recieve your reward.
