Travel to Whitebay and speak to Gallus(21.4S, 4.8W ).

Gallus tells you,
"You want my autograph…how flattering. Who should I make it out to?"

Note

Return to Stubby(25.9S, 37.7W), near The Water Walk and hand him the autographed Note.

Stubby tells you,
"Finally, an autograph from the great Gallus to call my own. Thanks a lot, pal!"
